The staff at the reception desk is very unqualified for this category of hotel. They are not up to the task. It's very frustrating because it's the first contact with the establishment.

Hotel very badly soundproofed..baccarat walls too maybe !!! considering the standing it's not normal to have to call 4 times the reception so that they realize that the cleaning lady had put the TV on continuously in the empty room next to ours !! Even the laughter of the neighbors we felt obliged to whisper ... no breakfast buffet so at 150$ for 3 with orange juice and some mini pastries we have seen better in hotels of this level. fortunately the person in charge of the concierge worked hard at the end of the week to make up for the worries encountered. Check the bill too : we had a breakfast at 350$ ... just that !

The Bell boys were friendly, the location is great, and the hotel is stunning. The room was outstanding - immaculate, luxurious, and equipped with high-end amenities. it was a fantastic experience.

It lacks flexibility, discretion, the. concern to take care of the customer very quickly and settle the. details discreetly later. When I arrived at the hotel, I waited more than 20 minutes to be installed in my room. The staff could not charge my credit card. It was. the incompetence of the person who received me and no one around. could help until he got there while I. was getting impatient after the fatigue of a long trip. In a hotel of this level practicing these prices, one expects to find the. skill and tact that go with superior service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a luxurious and extravagant atmosphere. The lobby was fine, with a unique scent that created a wonderful ambiance. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, with the highlight being the TV hidden inside a massive mirror. The beautiful crystals displayed around the room added a touch of elegance. We also enjoyed the view from our room, conveniently located right next to 5th Avenue and close to the most important attractions in this city. The staff were friendly, making our stay more fun. We can't wait to come back and experience the restaurant.

Elegant hotel with a very good service which is quite rare in NYC.

Overpriced

the attentive and professional staff fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs, providing us with a truly luxurious experience. the spa and wellness centre, equipped with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. the library and spa lounge offered a quiet space for reading and sipping tea. the restaurant served delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Although our experience was amazing, we did encounter one minor issue. Our room didn't have enough closet space, which made it difficult to store our belongings.
